How do I place an order? +
Just pick your iPad model and case style, add it to your cart, and check out. You'll get a confirmation email from info@ipadcasestore.com once your payment goes through.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's on its way, it can't be changed.
How do I know which case fits my iPad? +
Each product page lists the exact iPad models and sizes it fits. Check the model number on the back of your iPad (it starts with "A") if you're unsure.
Do you ship worldwide? +
Yes! We're based in the United States and ship to 180+ countries. Wherever you are, we've most likely got you covered.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Will I pay customs or import fees? +
Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. These depend on your local rules and aren't included in our prices.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, just email us and we'll resend it.
What's your return policy? +
Items can be returned within the window shown on our Returns page, as long as they're unused and in original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.

We're sorry! Email us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
