1 Who We Are

iPad Case Store is an online shop selling cute, stylish, and protective cases for iPads. We design and sell accessories meant to keep your device safe while looking adorable. All content on this site — text, images, designs, and branding — belongs to us unless stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility to Shop

To place an order you should be old enough to form a legal contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is true and that the payment method belongs to you or you’re authorised to use it.

3 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy a product from us. We confirm your order by email once payment is received. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example if:

• The item is out of stock or discontinued
• There’s a pricing or description error on the page
• We suspect fraud or an unauthorised payment

4 Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your region. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by trusted payment providers — we never store your full card details.

• Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed
• Discount codes can’t be combined unless we say so

5 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders quickly after payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method, and are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel leaves us, delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

6 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your case. If something isn’t right, contact us within the return window shown on our Returns page. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Personalised or custom items may not be returnable

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are usually non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.

7 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your case arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within a reasonable time with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This doesn’t affect your statutory consumer rights under your local law.

8 Warranty

Our cases are made to protect and last, but normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse isn’t covered. If you believe your case has a manufacturing defect, contact us with details and we’ll review it fairly.

9 Product Accuracy

We try to show colours and designs as accurately as possible, but screens vary, so actual shades may differ slightly. Small variations in handmade or printed items are normal and not considered defects.

10 Your Account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

11 Acceptable Use

Please use our site kindly and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or misuse our designs and content
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the website
• Submit false information or fraudulent orders

12 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photos, and text on iPad Case Store are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

13 Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect the information needed to process your orders and improve your experience. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14 Promotions & Discounts

From time to time we run sales, giveaways, and discount codes. Each promotion may have its own rules and expiry date. We may change or end a promotion at any time, and codes have no cash value.

15 Reviews & User Content

If you leave a review or post content, you grant us permission to display it on our site and channels. Please keep it honest and respectful — we may remove content that is offensive, false, or breaks these terms.

16 Limitation of Liability

We provide our products and website with care, but to the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

18 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iPad Case Store operates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
